It is with immense
pleasure to recommend Eagle Restoration for your restoration
needs.
We are very grateful for finding Eagle Restoration which
only proved to be one of our best choices for treating our
cabin. William Queen, the owner, worked with our
schedule and was accommodating in every respect. He
not only performed excellent work but on several occasions
went beyond the scope of the work. William
demonstrates a good work ethic and interpersonal skill.
He put in extra hours as necessary in order to complete the
project as soon as possible.
One very important
trait was Eagle Restoration was always responsive and did
what they said they would do in a timely manner. Again
I would strongly recommend Eagle Restoration for all your
restoration needs. In addition, I understand they do
remodeling and construction and I would not hesitate to use
them for any work of that nature.

refinishing of our log cabin. The logs, the porch and the

Hey Lisa!!!
We ended
up coming for one night and I saw the doors...I FLIPPED OUT!!!THEY
ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. At first when I walked in I saw the
chandelier, loved that, then Elizabeth screamed "LOOK AT THE DOORS".
Once again I am thrilled to death!!! William is a genius.

in taking care of our lakehouse. From the big job of pressure
washing to the small job of cleaning out the drainage grate,

Evaluation of Eagle Restoration
Eagle Restoration restained our cabin and
screened in the upper porch. They did an absolutely superb
job and were a pleasure to deal with. They
let us know when the work would be done, did the work
promptly when they said they would, and completed the job
within 1 week. Two incidents I think demonstrate their
commitment to customer service. While they were working on
screening the upper porch, the vibration caused the glass
globe on the light fixture on on lower porch that had not
been properly screwed on when the cabin was built to fall
and break. They notified me that the globe had broken, and
even though it was not their fault, they searched around,
found another glass globe, and replaced. Also, after they
completed the work we noted a couple of MINOR issue (a
window that had stain on the glass and an area on new boards
that was not as dark as the rest of the cabin). They
promptly corrected those issues. I do not think I have ever
had a better experience with a contractor and intend to have
them pressure wash and restain my cabin as needed for as
long as I own it. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
