Off Season
Inspection
Eagle Restoration takes the worry out of owning mountain property.
We help to protect your investment by providing secure cabin care,
giving you peace of mind.
The Eagle Restoration Off
Season Security Plan Includes:

Three
periodic inspections of your property each month from September to
April

Check for
any evidence of vandalism, broken windows, or other visible damage

Check for
water damage

Monthly
reports documenting our inspection findings

If you
wish, we can contact your insurance agent if you are traveling and
not available should damage occur at your cabin
Off Season
Plan Costs:
The Security
Off-Season Plan is just $75 per month.
Additional
emergency visits are $35 per hour including travel time.
